Pennsylvania joins $25 billion joint state-federal settlement concerning mortgage foreclosure abuses
 
Attorney General Linda Kelly announced that Pennsylvania has joined a $25 billion joint federal-state agreement with the nation's five largest mortgage servicers over "robo-signing" and other abuses involving foreclosure and mortgage servicing.
